| After years of entering package data in the Guest Package System, the package file increases in size. The larger the package file, the more time it takes for the system to retrieve package information. | ||
| This feature allows the System Administrator to save packages to an Archive file, separate from the Package file. The feature will also allow the SA to Restore archived packages back to the Package file. In addition, the SA may Purge archived packages, deleting them from the database completely. The records can be selected by arrival date. In addition, the SA can produce a report of archived packages (by received date). | ||
